Fire and Fish
This story about a paella restaurant teetering on a cliff overlooking the sea in Majorca, Spain reminds me of the annual paella we make teetering on a cliff above the Chesapeake Bay. Our paella pan is a true work of art, cast in iron by sculptor Marilee Schumman and given to us as a wedding present. Each year Marilee and her daughter Brook create a gorgeous paella in that pan over a fire for all the guests.
